ConditionVery good antique condition. Frames are solid and the round seats have been freshly hand-caned; light wear consistent with age.

A pair of Victorian Eastlake armchairs in walnut from the 1880s. Each has an incised crest, burl walnut panels, short shaped arms and a round hand-caned seat on ring-turned legs joined by turned stretchers.

They're small in footprint. Use them at the ends of a table, on either side of a console or as pull-up seating in a bedroom.
