A 1976 hand-stitched petit point of three women, one facing forward and two in profile, worked in fine stitches against a deep navy ground. The palette is deliberately unconventional, teal, lavender, and blush against navy, which reads as sophisticated rather than crafty. The stitch density is exceptional, with tone carefully modulated to suggest volume and hair. Signed, framed in chrome, and ready for a wall that deserves a conversation piece.
