Rare find! This is a solid brass set of cymbals found at a Sturbridge, MA antique shop. These pieces are beautifully etched with a floral design. They are worn on the thumb and third finger when worn for the art of Raqs Sharqi, or belly dancing. These gorgeous cymbals were made in India- excellent craftmanship (not replicas).
They are the perfect size, have a lovely round edge with ornate embossing, and they make a really delightful sound. A great gift for the dancer in your life.
